Cancellation: We do not offer any refund for cancellations, this is due to the administrative time and card charges involved in processing refunds and falls in line with many other dog fields. This includes ‘on the day bookings’ &/or those who change their mind after booking. There are multiple reminders during the process so please ensure you have picked the correct date(s) and want to book before finalising.

Rescheduling must be done no later than 24hrs prior to booked time. There is a link to reschedule towards the bottom of your confirmation. Any later than 24hrs prior and you’ll lose the booking fee and have the session cancelled without exception. The system will also stop you being able to reschedule with less than 24hrs remaining.

You can reschedule any booking up to 3 times after which it will be regarded as a cancellation without refund.
